Betahaus Surpasses Goals with German Asset Sales

Jul 19, 2024

Betahaus today announced the successful sale of two commercial properties in Worms and Syke, Germany. These BMW/MINI dealerships were part of a larger portfolio of 12 sites.

The divestments align with the Mercureim EF1 fund's strategic objectives and build on the successful sale of another BMW/MINI garage earlier this year. Despite challenging economic conditions, Betahaus has demonstrated its ability to optimize asset sales and deliver value for investors.

"We are pleased to announce the successful completion of these transactions," said Lukas Schreiber, co-founder of Betahaus. "This achievement underscores our commitment to our partners and investors, even in complex market environments. It also highlights the strength of our prudent investment strategy."
